– 1 onion, finely diced
– 1 cup sautéed mushrooms
– 1 can of corn
– 2 slices of sourdough bread
– Butter for spreading
– Garlic powder for seasoning
– Salt and pepper to taste
– Olive oil for cooking

Instructions:

1. Prepare the Pork Chops:
– Season the pork chops with salt and pepper on both sides.
– Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add a bit of olive oil.
