Garlic Parmesan Roasted Brussel Sprouts

Instructions:

1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil for easy cleanup.

2. In a large mixing bowl, toss the halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, minced garlic, dried thyme (if using), salt, and black pepper. Make sure the Brussels sprouts are evenly coated with the oil and seasonings.

3. Spread the seasoned Brussels sprouts in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.

4. Roast the Brussels sprouts in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until they are tender and slightly caramelized, stirring halfway through the cooking time for even roasting.

5. Once the Brussels sprouts are roasted, remove them from the oven and transfer them back to the mixing bowl.

6. Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the roasted Brussels sprouts and toss them gently to coat them in the cheesy goodness.

7. Taste and adjust the seasoning with more salt and black pepper if needed.

8. Optional: Garnish the Garlic Parmesan Roasted Brussels Sprouts with a little more grated Parmesan and a sprinkle of fresh chopped parsley for a pop of color.

Serve the Garlic Parmesan Roasted Brussels Sprouts as a delightful side dish alongside your favorite main course. They are perfect for holiday dinners, weeknight meals, or any gathering where you want to impress your guests with a tasty and nutritious vegetable dish. Enjoy!
