Butter shrimp


 1/2 kg of clean shrimp

 1/2 stick of butter

 2 large garlic cloves

 1 chopped onion

 Salt and pepper necessary amount.

 coriander to taste


In a saucepan, add the butter and bring to medium heat.

When melted, add the minced garlic, onion and season until the onion is transparent.

Add the shrimp, salt, and pepper to taste and cook until the shrimp turn pink or a light golden color.

At the end you can place coriander to taste

Serve warm
